Michael Torres better known as Myke the Puerto Rican Rapper and Songwriter was born on the 15th of January, 1994 in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. The name he changed to in 2017 changed his name from Mike Towers, to Myke Towers. It was done to honor the Young Kingz music group of which he's a part. The i of the name was substituted with a letter Y. Myke Towers has been part of the underground rap scene of Puerto Rico since his adolescence writing his initial compositions as well as freestyles through the SoundCloud account. He became known in 2014 by releasing songs like Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. The hip-hop scene was as well attracted to the La Nueva Droga Freestyle, and his rendition of Drake's"0-to-100%".
